The JRL 6 format has designed a series of small group workouts that will transform your body and mind. We combine the advantages of one to one coaching and support with the benefits that come from the comaradery and motivation of group training sessions. Results are seen quicker and the sessions are fun. Achieving your health and fitness goals doesn’t always have to be a strain. Set in the private personal training studio with likeminded people, we will guide you through everything that’s required to get the body that you crave.

  • Jack is a Top Top trainer. I've been training with him 2 years on and off and he get results for everyone. I "try" and do Hiit training with some boxing pad work and i love the fact that i am actually doing the same stuff as the world champion boxer he trains. He's the best about. Great mix between getting results, mixing it up and keeping it enjoyable. Top work!
